🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours after confirmation.

  • Occasionally, delays may occur due to:

    • High order volumes

    • Courier partner issues

Government/public holidays

  • But rest assured, our team always strives to dispatch orders on time.

🚚 Delivery Time

Standard Shipping

  • 3–7 working days after dispatch (pan-India average).

  • Delivery times depend on your location, local courier availability, festival seasons, and external factors like weather, strikes, or government restrictions.

⚡ Express Shipping

  • Available only on prepaid orders.

  • If you opt for partial COD, your order will still qualify for Express Shipping.

  • Timeline: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

  • Note: As we use third-party aggregators, factors like pin code availability, weather conditions, or courier strikes may affect delivery.

🚀 Rush Shipment (Only Select Cities)

  • Rush shipments are available only for prepaid orders.

  • Orders must be placed before 3 PM (Mon–Sat) to qualify for same-day shipping.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the next morning via our same-day delivery partner, with delivery expected within 3 hours.

Prepaid vs COD Orders

  • Prepaid orders are always processed faster.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may face delays due to courier handling.

  • For the quickest service, we recommend prepaid orders.

📦 Delivery Attempts & RTO

  • Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts.

  • If the order is not accepted and marked RTO (Return to Origin) due to customer-related reasons, a reshipment fee of ₹200 will be applicable.

Note:
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may face delays due to courier handling. For faster service, we recommend placing prepaid orders.

  • Or the classic: “Undelivered due to unforeseen reasons.” (Translation: Bro just didn’t feel like it.)

So yeah, we don’t control their mysterious ways. But we do fight their drama daily to get your outfits to you.
